Initiate Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Package
Place the unworn shoes in their original box and dust bags, ensuring they are securely packed within a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off & Process
Hand over the package to the designated courier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-10 business days.
